Working Principle:

 

This carbonization furnace is fueled by the syngas(carbon monoxide, methane, ethane etc.) from the furnace itself.The biomass raw material will produce plenty of combustible gas during the pyrolysis of the carbonzation process,the syngas will became pure combustible gas after wood tar, wood vinegar other impurities was isolated by the filter and purification system (gas cleaner / dust-removal / purify tank / scrubber) The gasifier is used to preheating the carbonizer,when the temperature reach to 300℃,the feeding screw conveyor start to feeding raw material into the carbonizer.the material will produce fuel gas,which will be collected and used to heating the carbonizer after cleaning by the filter and purification system. The temperature of carbonizer will control at 600 degrees Celsius.When the carbonizer can produce enough flue gas and reach to self sufficient combustion, close the gasifier and open all the flue gas valve of the carbonizer gradually, finally achieve flammable gas self-sufficiency carbonization. 

 

Materials Requirements

(1)This continuous carbonization stove is mainly used for carbonizing:

sawdust,rice husk,groundnut shell,plants straw, tree bark,grinded coconut shell,etc.

(2)Granule size of all aboved raw material should be less than 50mm.

(3)The moisture should be less than 50%.

(4)The fuel requirement:the carbon and more than 5000 kcal coal,carbon or the coconut shell.

(5)Carbide warehouse combustible gas which is burning back can be used for raising carbide warehouse temperature, reduce the use amount of furnace coal or carbon.

(6)The exhaust conform to the requirements of environmental protection, emissions in steam ways, and can be recycled.

(7)The machine production is greater than the other similar carbonzation equipment and can provide customers greater profit space.

♣Gasifier:The produced gas is used for heating inner of the carbonization furnace until the raw material can spontaneous combustion.⇒
	♣Purification System:to cool and purify the gas which produced from the process of dry distillation.The purify system will connetct with water pump,and the water is recycled water.⇐
♣Carbonization Furnace:conformed of 4 pipelines,finalize heating and carbonizing.The top two layers is moisture removal process and the last two layers is hydrolysis process.⇒
	♣Cooling Discharging System:to cool and discharge the final charcoal.When the charcoal comes out,the temperature will be about 20-30 degree.⇐
